Correctness and completeness of information
Leonor’s Sweet Creations makes every effort to provide correct and complete information on the website and in the class program. Leonor’s Sweet Creations assumes no liability or guarantee for the correctness and completeness of information provided by partners or any other third party.
All bookings made directly through Leonor's Sweet Creation website are guaranteed. All bookings done by third parties are subject to reschedule, in case of overbooking.
Leonor’s Sweet Creations assures that personal data is stored exclusively for internal purposes. The transmission of information or the submission of offers and is not passed on to third parties.
In the case of a gift card, in which no amount but rather the name of the class is entered, the value at the time of issue applies. If the class fee has increased by the time it is redeemed, the difference of fee must be paid up to one week before the class takes place.
The organizer and contractual partner is Leonor’s Sweet Creations, Rottmannstraße 4, 69121 Heidelberg, Tel .: 06221-725 25 45.
The class fee includes coffee, water and tea, all necessary ingredients and the use of all necessary tools during the entire class. In some cases, the tasting of the prepared food and packaging for the participants to take home
are also included. All classes provide the correspondent class document with recipes.
The classes take place in Leonor’s Sweet Creations venue, or by appointment in other venues.
The respective classes fees are listed in the class program. The fees include statutory VAT.
Registration / booking
Reservations can be made on the website or by email.
In order to firmly book the place, or assure the dispatch of a gift card per Email, the corresponding participation fee must be paid within 14 days of the reservation, otherwise the reservation will expire. Payment can be made by bank transfer, Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal.
Participation in a class is at your own risk. The class participant bears the risk of accidents, losses or damage, unless the event causing the damage was caused by gross negligence by Leonor’s Sweet Creations or one of the employees or teachers.
In the event of damage of any equipment, goods or tools from Leonor’s Sweet Creations or from other participants caused by a participant, the participant who caused the damage is personally liable to the amount of the damage.
The class participant undertakes to report any allergies, health restrictions, illnesses etc. that may endanger him/her and other class participants before the start of the class.
Cancellation by the participant
If the cancellation is done up to 14 days before the day of the class, the entire participation fee will be credited to the participant and can be used for another class within one year.
If the cancellation is done later than 14 days before the day of the class, half of the participation fee will be credited to the participant and can be used proportionally for another class.
If the cancelation is done within 3 days of the class, or if the participant fail to appear, the participation fee will be forfeited.
On children parties, only from 8 children on, can we credit a child's class fee, in case one or more children gets sick within 3 days of the class.
Cancellation by the organizer
Leonor's Sweet Creations reserves the right to cancel appointments for classes in the event of insufficient registration of participants or the sickness of a class teacher. The participants receive the entire amount paid in form of credit, that is valid indefinitely and can be redeemed at a later date. Refunds are possible on request.
The cancellation takes place up to 3 days before the start of the class.
Other claims by class participants due to the class cancellation are expressly excluded.
Place of jurisdiction
All obligations are subject to German law. The place of performance and jurisdiction is Heidelberg.
Vouchers without amount
For vouchers, where no amount, but the name of the course is entered, the value at the time of issue applies. In a redemption for a course, the difference must be in a temporary increase in the course fee are supplied charged.
Cash payment of a voucher is excluded.

Reservation is by phone, available by email or at the store. To book the place fixed, the corresponding participation fee is payable within 14 days of reservation otherwise the reservation will expire. Payment can be made ??by cash, bank transfer or via a coupon.
Cancellation by the participant
For cancellations until 14 days before the day of the course will be credited the full fee and can be used within one year for another course. If you cancel less than 14 days half of the entry fee will be credited and may be proportionately used for another course. If you cancel your part later than 3 days prior to the day of the course or no-shows, the participation fee is forfeited.
Cancellation by the organizer
Leonor's Sweet Creations reserves the right to cancel all dates for courses with insufficient participation, prevention of the course administration or discretion. Participants will receive on the amount paid, a credit which is valid indefinitely and may be redeemed at a later date. Cash payments or remittances are available on request. Other claims of the student because of cancellation of courses are specifically excluded. The cancellation will be up about 3 days before the course starts.
All obligations are subject to German law. Fulfillment and jurisdiction is Heidelberg.
